My Life as a Mother!!!

Hello Checa Fans:
Well, sorry for the late post but we've been busy getting ready for our NEW Lookbook. Just wanted to share some pics with you about my weekend in Palm Springs this weekend. My daughter is turning 15 and she wanted to have a "FUN" Girls weekend in Palm Springs. I took 5 Teenage girls and of course my lovely Mother. We had a great time hanging out by the pool, watching Movies, went on a Horse carriage ride, and of course the B-day Dinner. I bought my daughter and her friends Tiara's that said "15" and they looked so cute!!! Everyone in Palm Springs stopped them and asked if they were in a Pagent. My daughter would reply "No, it's my Sweet 15" and alot of people would say "Ohhhh Quinceneria." It was nice to just catch up and hang out with my Mother. We had not taken a trip together in years. Overall the trip was so much Fun!!!! The Girls had a blast. Today is actually my daughters 15th b-day!!! Happy b-day Mama!! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCHO!!!!

Fashion Shows & Beauty Socials

Hey guys,

This is Karis reporting, Patty's assistant/blogger/apprentice/right hand girl ! :) I just wanted to share with you about my weekend!! My friend and I attended 2 fashion shows this weekend and a beauty event in Santa Monica. The 1st fashion show was a dud but the second was amazing! The designer, Octavio Carlin debuted his spring/summer collection and he had such cute pieces! The fashion show was at Vibiana in downtown LA and it was such a cool event location!! The beauty event was held at Loews Hotel and they did such an AMAZING job decorating!! They had different beauty brands there like: urban decay, coverfx, sugarpill, benefit and so much more! They offered: shellac mani's, eyebrow bar, false eyelashes, hair-do's, make-overs and glitter tattoos! And they had speakers there talking about blogging, Billy B who does Lady Gaga's make-up and the daughters of benefit owners, Jean and Jane were there to talk about how benefit started! We took pictures with them, they were soooo gorgeous! And we meet one of my fav bloggers dulce candy! Sweetest girl ever and so tiny! Had such a great weekend bouncing around all over LA to attend events! Check out the pictures from this weekend!!
